Christchurch
entered the League in 1998 and were run by the church curate, Paul Peterson.
The club were promoted to Division One in 2000 ending the season in second
spot behind St. Thomas'. They never really made their mark and were eventually
relegated back to Division Two. Paul left to take up a vicar's post in
Bristol and Steve Weller took over the reins. The 04/05 season was a major
struggle towards the end and the club sadly folded with just a couple
of games to go.
